Ok, there are some really good plot ideas, so I’m going to put one more idea I have out there and then make a poll for people to vote on their favorite, so we can see what people are into and go ahead with it. My idea is a world in the not too distant future, where adults have just started to die out, leaving only children who eventually die out when they reach adulthood, the thing is though, new children are being born all the time, in these weird pod-like organic type machines, nobody really knows where they came from or what they do exactly, but the kids born from there are unusually intelligent and resilient, physically and mentally. The Kids do eventually die though when they reach puberty, so the average age of the kids is roughly between 8 and 14, they come out of the pods around 8 or 9. This new world though, being run by children (be it intelligent children) is completely chaotic, it’s reverted to a wild non governed society where violent sadistic kids roam cities. Our characters are a group of kids who are just trying to make it in the world, they stick together in a gang, roaming from city to city, and trying to find out any information they can on how to survive to adulthood. I think it’ll be fun to play wild, nuts, warrior kids, all the city names and locations have been changed, and the kids get to name themselves, so with names anything’s possible, imagine if you could have picked your own name when you were a kid, I know I’d be a Machine Gun or Rambo! It’s sort of a mix between Mad Max and TekkonKinkreet minus the adults. There’s no magic In the world, but there are ‘classes’ of kids who have an inherent gift, I wont work on the classes till I know it’ll go ahead and people are interested so if you are interested, please speak up and let me know asap! -Talisen |

For the moment, but keep in mind even if your favorite isn’t picked, we'd still like you to be part of the new plot that is. So hopefully everyone likes the idea of all of them, but has obvious favorites... does that make sense?

Ok, so as it stands I think we might go with the Supernatural Wild Wild West, because I’ve had feedback about it, but not about the adultless world.
I might just play that in Randomville and see how it goes.
I'll wait until Friday before it's closed, but I don’t think anyone is going to vote. So there we have it Morthikans. We’ll set the new plot up ASAP!

Indeed. I don't think I ever saw this poll. I voted for the Supernatural Wild West, since it's a barely touched on genre and it would be fun to make a character for it.

Okay.. So its been a while since we discussed this BB.. so bare with me if I have the details wrong, but I thought I would open up discussion on it again HERE as Im realy keen to get things moving. Also, alot of players are returning to the fold and are looking for NEW Rp to sink their teeth into, so this could be perfect. GENRE: Wild West SCI FI General Plot idea: An old wild west town, set in some type of mythical realm where magick, aliens (?), and vampires (?) are present but are hidden from the general population for obvious reasons. There's cowboys, horsies, tumbleweeds, gold mining, long fancy dresses for the gals, and duels and challenges at high noon for the guys etc etc (or even for us gals who like that kind of thing.. hell.. the boys can even wear the long dresses.... but.. I digress.. )  A family on a farm a little bit out of town who have an old mine on the edge of their land, OR a community group that have banded together to buy a gold mine to try to make their millions, are mining and unleash some evil mojo/ bad beasties. (this could be where the aliens come into play.. perhaps..?) People start dying (horribly of course otherwise its just no fun  and the town must come together to fight this new danger. So thats it so far... as usual.. in development means open to suggestions, comments, bribes, whipped cream.. etc. I think this could be a great new plot for 2009. A few of the ones we have currently have kinda centred around the small group of myself, Gilligan, Poe and Goober.. and without Poe and Goober they have just ground to a halt. Obviously I dont want to put these stories to bed as I know my two besties will return some day when real life stops sucking... in the meantime.. we need FRESH Rp to get people back involved, and I think this could be one of many new plots to start in the new year. Thoughts? Fish?  |

I had thought of an idea a while ago that might be kinda interesting, and it's almost never done, though I've been out of the loop for quite some time.
What about a Sci-Fi plot? It'll have all the good stuff that every rp needs: Action, Adventure, Lasers, Possibly Sharks with said Lasers attached to their Heads, Hot Alien Girls, Hot Alien Guys (if you're into that kind of thing), Magic, Tech, Esplosions, and even a duck or two if you really want.

Well.. this IS going to be SCI FI.. Dont know so much about the hot aliens.. or the sharks.. or ducks.. LoL.. but everything else would be in this plot.. just with a bit of Olde time Wild West to spice things up. Would you be interested in that?

LMFAO. I have NO clue what that is in reference to.. hell, I even googled it and nothing came up... I love it when you are drunk! I guess first of all we need to know who IS interested, and then discuss possible characters.. SO.. if people are interested can they type something like the following: I'm in... as for characters: I'd like to play a shopkeeper. She would run the General Store in town, but also be part of the "family or community group" that are mining for the gold.. See how easy that was? Now its your turn.. |

Laser rifles?? Hmmmmmmmmmmm.. I hadnt realy thought that far ahead.. I was thinking more traditional weapons.. but then maybe they realise they dont work and have to invent the laser rifles? LoL.. it could work babe. |

oooooooooooooooooooh I just remembered. Another idea I wanted to explore with this post: I want to have a Whore House.. you know how much I love those. *grins and winks* BUT most if not all of the Whores are vampires. They prefer their kills to be drifters.. who noone will know if they go missing or not.. As I usually play multiple characters in my plots, Id be happy to take on the role of the madame of this establishment as well as my store keeper for the side of good.. Ahhh good times... SO if any want to be a whoring vamp, give me a wink. |

I'm in. As for my character, I was thinking something along the lines of Roland, from The Dark Tower series. He's the bomb diggity dawg. Maybe he'll drift in, and start to uncover some of the supernatural things going on. Then I want him to go loony! So yeah, that's what I was thinking. |
