I was wondering if anyone would be interested in an oriental based RP. It would deal with Ninjas and the like. Possibly warring Houses. Each House would represent a different style of martial arts, for example Ninjitsu, Shaolin Kempo, Jujitsu, etc...The houses could be at war to overthrough the current leadership in the country and each wants to replace it with the elder of their house.
Right now i dont have too much else to say on it since I thought of it only moments ago. If any one is interested I will put much more thought into developing it.

I would be at least semi-interested in it. And I would help out if you would need it to develope plots and such.

im interested cause i wanna use a star throwing thingy. about the different styles ... would the eventual ruling house end up turning the other houses to thier style of fighting?

i haven't given this plot too much thought for quite some time since it has appeared to be dead. Yes that would be somthing the ruling house would do. So I have two interested so far? I will soon start up a thread in Randomville as soon as I have time.

Oh! OH!!!! Hey, can i be a Roman Gladiator hired by someone to kill something for some reason!!! That would be so cool, fighting ninja's and samurai's using Gladiator techniques!!

the only way i could see that working is if your character used Gladiator techniques and the armor if you so choose, but is not in fact a Gladiator. He could then either be starting his own House, or merely has a Vendetta against one of the Houses.

Why couldent he be an actual roman gladiator? They both existed at the same time, but i guess thats out of the question though. So yeah, if the gladiator thing wont work, ill see if i can find somethign else to do.

the reason i didnt think it would work was because I didn't want to bring in too many elements to the plot line. But if every one that was previously interested in the plot doesn't mind, the plot story line could change and it be that the Romans are invading the Orient, thus causing the houses that previously hated one another to ally against the Roman intrusion.

I would join up if I could be a samurai. My idea of the samurai I would be playing would be a rouge one. He wouldn't have been exiled or he wouldn't have quit, but rather his oath he took would have taken him away from the rest of the group. Most samurai have to take an oath and live by it I think, so if that is alright I will join.
Also he would be kind of like a shock trooper. He can get hit a thousand times and still keep on coming. I won't make him invincible though.

WOW, I'm gone 10 days, and 10 new plots start up, geez, you guys start a plot party in my absence, I feel loved, lol.
But yea, I'M IN! My brother has tons of samurai swords and the like, making me very familiar with the customs and such, so this plot appeals greatly to me.
I went through writing withdrawals while I was gone, so I'm getting uber enthusiastic about joining alot of the new plot ideas ;D
