so, wait, the ex-pirate diplomat is someone who used to be a pirate, and is now a diplomat, or is someone who is a diplomat between regular folk and ex-pirates? ..... Okay, okay, now that I've written that out it seems silly, but I really was confused at first.

Sounds like it may be due time for a return of the heirs of Sir Quincy Pottlebottom... Let me ponder on it, and if nobody pops up demanding an ex-pirate diplomat, I might take the role. I'll let you know soon.
