Um.. I think the description needs some work. It needs to advertise the plot, so people want to either read or join it, and it needs to kinda describe what kind of plot it is..

Wow, i cant believe i havent seen this before today! I know a decent amoutn of V:tM, as i used to play characters based off the bloodlines in Attone (AT&T chat Rp thing). as a matter of fact, Josh DeathViper is rooted from V:tM, as he is a werewolf gifted with the curse of Lasombra. I have all the facts of the clans along with their talent tree's and all that good stuff printed out. Im up for some good-ole-V:tM.

Seeing as you don’t have it, i figured I could throw in a chunk of stuff that might help and such. I hope you don’t mind....
(ALL info was hand copied by me, from a website made by Roleplayers of high caliber around 5 years ago. It is no longer up, as it was a site for Attone, the dead Empire. I have lived by what information i am giving you in all my V:tM roleplay. As the City of Attone was ruled by a Camarilla Prince, there was not any in depth information about the Sabbat order, I am sorry. Enjoy?)
The Camarilla:
The Camarilla is the largest single sect of vampires as well as the most open; theoretically any vampire may claim membership, regardless of lineage. In fact, the Camarilla assumes that all vampires are members of their sect - whether they want to be or not. The founders of the sect view it was the Great Society of undead, and takes offense at any suggestion Otherwise.
The Camarilla’s primary concern is the maintenance and preservation of the Masquerade. The sect was organized in the 14th century in response to the growing influences of the Inquisition. Historically, there have been many attempts by the leaders of the Camarilla to assert more authority over other aspects of vampire existence. Each time, the attempt has failed in a wave of bloodshed. The princes do not brook interference into what they consider to be their historical rights and privileges. Nor do the Methuselah’s desire a competitor who could thwart their aims. Therefore, the camarilla remains a divided sect of only moderate influence. The elders who control it use it as yet another means to oppress and manipulate the Anarchs.
It is thought the venture played a primary role in bringing together the seven founding clans of the Camarilla. Their efforts and imagination certainly lie behind its improbable origin. Thought he camarilla holds itself open to all bloodlines, those that choose to participate represents only slightly more than half of the known clans. Only seven of the 13 clans were among its founders, and these clans regularly attend meetings of the Inner Circle. Individuals from other clans may be part of the Camarilla, but no other clan as a whole is.
The Camarilla does not openly recognize the existence of the Antediluvians. Statements about them are publicly derided. As far as the Camarilla is concerned, they are but myths.
The First Tradition: The Masquerade You may not reveal your true nature to those not of the Blood. Doing so will renounce your claims of Blood. The Second Tradition: The Domain Your domain is your own concern. All others owe respect to you while in it. None may challenge your word while in it. The Third Tradition: The Progeny You may only sire another with the permission of your elder. If you create one without your elder’s permission, both you and your progeny will be slain. The Fourth Tradition: The Accounting Those you create are yours to command and be responsible for until they know the ways of the Kindred. The Fifth Tradition: Hospitality Honor one another’s domain. When coming to a foreign city, you should present yourself to the prince. Without his word of acceptance, you are nothing. The sixth Tradition: Destruction You are forbidden to destroy another of your kind. The right of destruction belongs solely to your elder. Only the elder among you may call the Bloodhunt.
Archons: Archons are the Juticar’s helpers. Because the Justicar cannot grace his/her presence in every city, they appoint Archon’s to aid them. Archon’s travel to various cities under order of their elected Justicar to help the city with one problem or the next. Such an example would be when Archon Theophilus Bell of Clan Brujah arrived in New York to help overtake the domain from Sabbat Control.
Deputies: Deputies are the Sheriff’s boys at arm. They are the muscle use dby the Sheriff to help enforce the traditions set by the Prince. They aid their sheriff by patrolling the streets, establishing connections, obtaining information, and physically helping him/her by lending their muscle.
Justicar: Appointed by the Inner Circle in Italy, the Justicar is the eyes, ears, hands, and occasionally, the fists, for the sect. Reserving he right to destroy any kindred who breaks the Traditions without consultation with the prince first, they must be of high standard. The Justicar can be male or female, but must be able to survive in the harshest of situations. They are the Judge, Jury, and Executioner in the sect’s they reside. The Justicar are agents of the Camarilla sent to various cities in order to help regulate the Masquerade, and to clean up the cities problems. Such problems include and overwhelming number of Thin-Bloods, and overtaking of a Sabbat city, and the investigation of major findings that could hurt the Camarilla’s way of life.
Keeper of The Elysium: If the Elysium was a garden, the Keeper’s would be the gardeners. The Keeper of the Elysium is a title appointed to those who dedicate their lives to the maintenance of the Camarilla’s Elysium. They establish meetings that will be held in the Sanctuary, work to install security for the Elysium, and insure the Camarilla’s safety in time of war.
Primogens: The honored Kindred of high standards that are to teach, help, and control their clan’s presence within the city. Primogens are to direct any new kindred to the area of the Prince, and inform the Prince of any new kindred to the area. They are to keep check on their clan in the city, and help them with anything they need, such as guidance, or a Voice. As the Voice, they are the spokesperson for their clan’s presence in the city, a representative. In the council, they offer suggestions, and their support when in crisis. They are to help out in wars, and to try to keep the peace between the clans.
Prince: Ruler of the Camarilla for a city. They ere the ruler of most the Kindred that follow them in the city. They have say in what goes on in their city, elects Primogens, and holds meetings. Those of the camarilla are expected to go to them and announce their arrival within the Prince’s city. They are expected to uphold the traditions of the Camarilla, and enforce the law into their city.
Scourge: When a city is overpopulated, and ill-kept; Princes have the right to appoint a Scourge. With a license to kill, and even maim, Scourges are elected officials designed to rid the city of it’s infestation problems. They often Roam the barrens in search of stray Sabbat members, Anarchs, and fledgling Vampires not shown the true way of the Camarilla. The position of Scourge is a dangerous one to appoint, and has the potential of causing a lot of problems to a prince who is to lenient with his ruling.
Sheriff: The Sheriff is the Prince’s main enforcer. Appointed to beat down any Anarch, Neonate, and Elder alike that dares deny the existence of the traditions. Charged with the ability to haul in offenders, the Sheriff makes sure that the city is running smoothly and that everyone is abiding by the Traditions established by the prince of the talked about city. Armed with his arsenal of weapons, and backed up by an army of deputies, the Sheriff is the authority of the convicted Vampires, and is subject to haul offenders in to the Prince for judgment.
Basics:
Blood Bond: One of the most wondrous and terrible properties of the Kindred blood is its ability to enslave nearly any being who drinks of it 3 times. Each sip gives the Kindred a greater emotional hold of the drinker. If a vampire or mortal drinks 3 times over 3 separate nights, from the same Kindred, she falls victim to a state known as the Blood Bond. A vampire who holds a blood bond is known as a Regnant, while the on subordinate to the bond is called the Thrall.
Even the most potent use s of the Dominate cannot over the Thrall’s feelings for her Regnant. So strong is the bond that even a mighty elder can be blood bonded to the lowest neonate. The blood bond is sometimes known as the Blood Oath. Many Kindred are suspicious of one another, for they are never sure who are the Thralls of the Ancients, and who are not.
First Drink: The drinkers begins to experience intermittent but strong feelings about the vampire. She may dream of him/her, or find herself coincidentally frequenting places where the Regnant might show up. All childer have this level of bond towards their sires.
Second Drink: The drinkers feelings grow strong enough to influence her behavior. Though by no means enslaved, the regnant is definitely an important figure in the thrall’s life. The regnant’s influence is such that he can persuade or command the thrall with little effort.
Third Drink: Full scale Blood Bond. At this level, the drinker is completely bound to the regnant. He is the most important figure in her life; lovers, relatives, and even children become tertiary to her all-consuming passion. At this level the regnant may use Dominate without eye contact. Merely hearing his voice is enough.
The blood is true love, albeit a twisted and perverted version of it. A full blood bond, once formed, is nearly inviolate. Once bonded, a thrall is under the sway of her regnant and her regnant only. She cannot be bound to another vampire unless the first one fades. A vampire can experience lesser (One or two drink) bonds with others, but once a full blood bond is formed, all lesser sensation is wiped away.
Feeding a thrall often reinforces the blood bond, while depriving a thrall with cause the bond to grow less over time. A thrall who is well treated and fed often will likely fall more deeply in love. A thrall who is degraded and humiliated may find resentment and anger eating away at the bond. Many regnants fear that, If the bond is broken, their thralls will desire revenge. This is perhaps why so many thralls are fairly well-treated by their regnants; after all, any servitude can be overcome. Extreme hate can even weaken the blood bond.
(MORE TO COME, I have a –ton- more!)

Heads up guys, Mori pointed something out to me, that i hadn't thought of. We need to make sure that at the beginning of each thread, not each post, but thread, we abide by White Wolf's copyright protection and whatnot, basically putting the legalise link at the beginning of the threads we make. My first post has been edited to do such.
We should be covered but, this is covering our asses in the off chance through some obscure search a white wolf represenative finds this rp thread and plot line. Obviously if it does violate it and we get a cease and desist, entire thing is going to be taken down, both to protect the players as well as Mori and the owners of the forums, it shouldn't, but, better safe than sorry.

To give a slightly more in depth summary so people can start posting and joining in other than Moribug and Poe ::cough cough::
For purposes of this world, the Civil War didn't end until 1875, it was dieing down around 1860, but there was still skirmishes, and major as well as minor battles, it officially ended in 1860, but the war continued until 1875. From 1865 on, for ten years the North was fighting a two fronted war, against the Native Americans and the South. The only reason the North won the Civil War at that time was because the Native Americans were only interested in holding their land, not pushing back. After the Civil War ended the North turned it's attention on the Native Americans. However, they were exhausted from the bloody Civil War and their efforts weren't as succesful as they hoped.
(More to come when i can sit down to post)

Due to lack of interest on anyone's part, with the exception of Mori and Hex, i am putting a permanent hold on this plotline.
