Heya Guys, I'm working on a new idea, but I wanted to see if people would be interested in it first. I know I have a lot of stuff I still need to do, but unless I get this down I’ll get obsessed so here it is. My idea for a new plot is based on several different stories and TV shows and what not basically, it can be set anywhere, the two locations/time frame I’m looking at is either medieval settings or modern settings, possibly set at a high school. If people are interested we'll have a vote. The Basic idea of the plot is every character is an animal, a little anthromorphic, so there size isn’t exactly to scale, a mouse would only be a little shorter than say a squirrel, and a badger would be tall but wouldn’t be AS big when standing next to a Mouse, I was think we can make a list of animals, maybe from a specific region of the world, say English animals that people are allowed to pick and play out as a character. For instance I think my character would be Hare or a jackrabbit or something... But yeah does that make sense? I think if it was medieval-esque we may have a little more freedom, but if it's set at a high school full of animals it would also be pretty cool too, but would change the story completely. Anyway please tell me what you think, you wouldn’t have to create a new profile or anything, you can use your current sn. I'll include a little picture just to give everyone an example of what I’m thinking. Thanks for the time dudes and dudettes. - D

Tis certainly Brian Jacques inspired, i used to read Redwall when i was little. Thats why i wanna go with UK animals rather than EVERY animal you can think of, it's more localised and we cant get lions fighting squirrels...
So what does everyone think about medieval or modern?

Im happy with either one, but I think Medievil would be better as it would put more of a restriction on weapons.. If it was modern times, whats to stop a squirrel from shooting a raccoon with a gun? Ya know what I mean.. ?

Yeah, I say Medeival. I couldn't imagine a little squirrel holding a gun. Or could I?

Heya Guys,
This is a list I compiled of all the UK animals I could think of, if you think of any or want to dispute any let me know, if you want to play an animal that’s not on the list let me know also and I’ll give you the yay or nay.
Mouse
Rat
Fox
Otter
Badger
Vole
Stoat
Weasel
Rabbit
Hare
Squirrel
Owl (smallish, so Barn Owl size)
Kestrel
Shrew
Crow/Raven
Snake (Adder)
Sparrow
Robin
Methinks i'm going Hare... If anyone has ideas about a really good plot or story we could play out let me know so we can discuss. Ta

Why don't people just stick to the list? Less hassle, better guarantee of sticking closely to the plot-author's original idea...
Maybe it's just me.

Oh, and I'm down with the medieval era. Way down. Great idea. God, I love Brian Jacques. Were you thinking, dearie, about a plot that's similar to his stuff (i.e. a ransacking army, evil rat corsairs, meanie-head adders that need to be beat, children-stealing cults dedicated to a half-dead polecat living in an old abbey)? Hehe...'cause he's got a lot of good "starter" material.
