Um... no you cant; we're trying to go for English Animals only, so no Tiger sorry, The Thing is though, our animals will be proportionally different, for instance a Hare will only be a foot taller than a Mouse, a Squirrel will be roughly the size of a Mouse, maybe a little taller, a Fox will also be only slightly taller than a mouse, but a Badger will stand a foot taller than a Hare as will a Owl, but a Kestrel will roughly be the size of a Hare... Make sense? So a Rabbit is not exactly helpless and your character will have a weapon... ' 'I don’t know how to explain it properly, Leets do you reckon you could explain the Brian Jacques sorta world better than i can? Ok guys... I really really hope I don’t disappoint too much, but I’m thinking of scrapping this post to work and play in another one I’ve been working on, this plot will let you use your animal you chose but in a completely different way. This is my idea, hope you guys love in place of the animal kingdom post.
The plot will take place in a sub board of New Storm City but be completely separate from New Storm City as everything will take place in everyday countries and towns that are for the most part 100% normal.
The Basic idea is the planets have recently aligned and there’s been a solar eclipse seen all over the planet (don’t care if it’s possible or not... but there you go... lol) This mixed with recent natural disasters have brought forth a larger group of former gods together who have decided it’s time to reclaim the world as their own. In the new world however their powers have been drastically reduced, they cant fight themselves, what they have to do is choose (seemingly) random avatars who will be granted all the powers of a god to battle each other until there is only one.
The Twist is, the gods are only able to choose avatars that are under the age of 18. High School students.
It’s up to you guys to pick a character, describe them, where they go to school and in what country and then pick a god for them. In my case my character will be a high school girl who is visited by the goddess Bast. As an Avatar of Bast she will have some of her powers, obviously she wont be omnipotent. Bast will take the form of a Lioness when she visits my girl; this ‘animal spirit’ can only be seen by her.
It’s entirely up to us how our characters meet, but expect HUGE EPIC UBER FIGHTS. Of course nobody wants to see their character die, but if there’s a Huge fight, and one person is really terrible at it, and one character is Uber good, then they will be forced to step down and or die (up to you). I don’t want any hard feelings, so if you really don’t want to step down then you don’t have to... cause we don’t want to upset anyone.
So that’s it guys, hopefully everyone involved in the animal kingdom will be involved in this post, please guys, I promise it’ll rock. If you don’t want to fight you won’t have to, but the idea is to be the one god left standing.
Questions, comments? I’m hoping to get this done as soon as possible.
Thanks guys... hope there’s no hard feelings with the animal kingdom, but you really will get to play an animal... kind of ;D
*Modified: There will be some research involved with this plot guys, you need to work out who your god is as well as who your character is and what powers your god will grant your character. let me know once you work it out, some of you probably already have ideas.

Ummm... Visited by a Goddess... *ponders* Kinda what Ive done with Mori but as a high school student? I dont know if that realy appeals to me as much as playing an Owl babe, but thats just me.. maybe I dont have an understanding of it, if so.. look me up in AOL land, okies?

Oooh... I like this better than the animal plot! Greek mythology is my favorite, so I call Poseidon powers! He'll appear in the form a horse. I shall be coming up with my character and post it here.
Also, if anyone wants Athena, we could have this big showdown, 'cause Poseidon and Athena didn't see eye to eye with the founding of Athens. They were competing to see who would be the patron god/goddess. Poseidon gave the city a saltwater spring, while Athena grew them an olive tree. The city decided that the olives would serve them better, so Athena became the patron goddess. We could totally have a rematch to prove who was better. With like, a school election for president or something. I think that it would be really cool. Sound good?

The new premise is much cooler in the old one, IMO, but the 18 and under thing really kills it for me. Sorry, guys. :-( Still, I look forward to reading it. Sounds like a hoot.

What, no Athena? After that whole spew of Greek mythology, nobody wants to see Poseidon's avatar beat Athena's to a pulp?
Also, if my friend could join this forum, she would kill for Bast, and it's out in the freakin' open, and she's not here to take it. Oh, the irony.

I don't think I want to play, after all. I liked the other idea better.
And my high school stint ended three years ago -- not quite ready to play a juvenile again.

Well what if we changed it so it doesn’t have to be under 18, I really want as many people involved as possible and I don’t want to disappoint anyone was looking forward to the previous, perhaps one day we'll get it off the ground, but at the moment I can’t think of enough storylines to pull it through.
So what if your characters don’t have to be under 18? Would that interest you further?

Part of the idea is people coming together from all over, be it by coincidence, or by divine intevention.
