The Girl ran, dried tears were plastered over her olive skin, her wild silky black hair, tied in pigtail braids, flew behind her, she stumbled. A Growl of pleasure could be heard behind her, animal and brutal, inhuman and savage. Pale Hands grabbed at the girls shoulder, wrenching her head aside displaying her neck, the creature leaned forward fangs exposed, face deformed. The Fangs centimetres away from the girl's artery…
With a single motion, more like a dance, the girl spun around, breaking free of the demons grasp, she arched her back with agility and took several long lithe backwards handstands, the monster stopped suddenly, confused, his brutal features creased in alarm.
"Always the same with you guys, you always go for the terrified helpless type…"
The girl said with a sudden confidence and sass that was previously missing. With a single arch of her leg, she lashed out at the Vampire clipping him against the chest the beast was knocked backwards several steps. With a few more gracefully leaps into the air, the girl scissor kicked the Vampire in the face, breaking his nose and knocking him to the ground. The Vampire growled in pain, he looked up from the ground, snarling savagely
"Who or what are you?"
He hissed through his teeth.
The Girl bent down low with a pleasant smile on her painted scarlet lips
"Names Lilka… and I'm a Slayer…"
The Girl smiled as she drove a wooden stake through the Vampires chest, he reached out with his hands screaming desperately as he began to vanish into a puff of dust. The Girl groaned as she straightened her spine, dusting of her hands she concealed the long wooden stake back into the confines of her red shirt sleeve. A pair of Blue jeans and black boots made up her attire. She gazed around the graveyard she had been running through, straightening up her hair, she pulled out her mobile phone, 2:30, she had to be at school soon and one of these days her parents were bound to catch her out of bed and that would be the end of these late night hunts.
Lilka looked like an average 18 year old girl, she was currently in her final year of school and anticipating the faithful day she got to throw away her books for good. Lil was very attractive; she was a Native American with a light olive completion and large dark eyes, her long midnight black hair was silky and usually in an assortment of braids. Lil had grown up with her father who had always abused her until the day she suddenly felt different, felt powerful and untouchable, that was the day Lil stopped being a victim and left her father and was put into a foster home, Lil loved her new parents and they loved her, it wasn't long before she learnt that the source of her new power was due to the fact that she was a Slayer, a girl with the strength and speed to fight the forces of darkness that plagued the world, not only that but her home town of Venus in upstate New York also sat atop a small opening known as a Hellmouth where Evil was destined to be attracted too. Lil knew little more than that, a supposed 'watcher' was supposed to come and find her, teach her and train her and find any other slayer that was in Venus, but so far there had been no word. Lilka sighed staring up at the brilliant moon, it was Friday night and all the kids at school would be hanging out, going to a club or chilling with each other, but not Lil… Lil was stalking through a cemetery, killing the many vampires that seemed to be hungry on this cold normal night.

“Lily, you really ought’t spend so much time studying, it appears that you’re getting rusty. Your just going through the motions, what happened to all that vitality?”
The voice was coming from the steps of a nearby mausoleum. Lily was busy negotiating the fangs and fists of two new vampires who seemed to have more enthusiasm to “live” than she had seen in some time. The female vampire had just lunged at her from head on, her brother decided to take her right side. She grabbed the girl by the hair, using her own weight against her as her brother dashed in to make contact. Rather than finding her throat, the brother was knocked back by his sister’s body being used as a weapon. She tossed the sister into the brother and back flipped onto a stone bench to regain the advantage.
“Well, sir, if you wouldn’t assign so many papers, perhaps I would have more energy. As it stands, I’m a fright bit tired and I daresay I’m still handling things just fine.” She was crouched atop the bench like a gargoyle waiting to be brought to life by some dark magic. But alas, it was only a less talented Osmand team. The entire time she bickered with Morgan, her Watcher, she primed herself for the second onslaught. Her hand was on the side of her thigh where she kept three stakes strapped on a belt. The team of vampires decided on a times attack, which was poorly executed, though she imagined right off that if these two had more time to live than tonight, they might make a rather challenging pair.
As the male charged her, meaning to tackle her off of the bench, the sister approached much in the same manner from a slightly diagonal angle, but still coming from the front. As the male vampire lunged, Lily moved like a flash, her right hand crossing over her body to withdraw and strike the stake home in a single movement, while kicking her right foot out directly at the chest of the quickly moving female. The male was close enough to her when the stake pierced his heart that dust collected around her and in her lap. Her heel led the kick as the female plunged herself onto the stiletto Lily wore. “Didn’t your Mama teach you that beauty is pain, sugar?”
And as both vampires exploded in dust, Morgan slapped slowly, and almost sarcastically. “Oh, I’m not criticizing your skill, my dear girl, just your enthusiasm for what you do. You were so wide eyed, valiant, wanting to change the world into a better place. Now you’re sweeter ‘an icing covered molasses-- enough to pull the teeth right outta a fella’s head.”
She righted herself with little effort and brushed off the remaining dust clinging to her shirt and pants. “Considering the circumstances, I’m sure you can understand why. Or has that changed too?” She moved around the labyrinth of tombstones to stand across from Morgan, the man she had been assigned as her mentor, the man she admired, the man that pushed her into college, the man who taught her most of what she knew. And he was leaving.
“Now, darlin’, I know you’re riled about this, and you should be. I’m not sure how it all happened to be truthful. But there’s nothing’ I can do now to change it. Done is Done, isn’t that right? I mean, it’s not like I ever intended this to happen.”
“Yeah, well, now it has and you’ve put me in quite a spot.” She had her hands on her hip like a petulant child, and yet he could see the emotion truly welling in her eyes. “Just what am I going to do with out you, Morgan? I’m not done training, I’m not done learning. We haven’t even scratched the surface.” She was trying to explain her need for him. And through that workaholic veneer, Morgan knew exactly what she was saying. She needed him for other reasons. He was the only family she had left. He was the closest person to her for a good portion of her life, they shared more than most people, and now he had to go. She was frightened and lonely, and there was nothing he could do to change that. Done is Done.
“Remember, They’re waiting for you in New York. They know you’re coming and need a new Watcher. Don’t be too indignant with the new fella, now.” He paused and crunched his eyes together. “I’m afraid it’s time to go, Lily. One last hug, Little Lady.”
It broke her heart, but she had no choice in what was to be done now. Morgan saw the tears in her eyes as he gave her one last peck on the forehead, already she could feel the change of his teeth through his lips. He put his arms around her and as it happened and his now baser instincts took over, her own arm curled against his chest, she stood crying silently against him until she was left standing alone, the stake in her hand digging splinters in her iron clad grip as the dust fell around her to be swept away with the breeze.

Lilka headed through the cemetery, weaving through gravestones and crypts, everything seemed to be quiet now, and maybe her night really was over. Lilka was a little disturbed as she turned the corner, she knew her way around the Graveyard better than she did the mall, it sent a chill down her spine. While she would never give up her powers and responsibility, she felt a longing in her chest, for a normal life, for friends and boys and everything else that seemed to come so naturally for other girls. Lilka leaped over the nearby fence heading across the road and into the heart and soul of Venus, the streets were empty, the shops were closed, Lilka wrapped her arms around herself trying to fend of the night chill, her street rounded the corner, Lilka began to trot. She passed the neighbours, there front door was open… Lilka stopped her face creasing in alarm, she began to move closer towards her own two story red bricked house, the door was wide open.
Lilka was frozen on the spot, why was the door open… had she been discovered, were her foster parents inside worrying about her, would the social worker taker her away… what if something was wrong, why was the door open! Her mind screamed loudly, Lilka headed through the open door, listening intently; there was the distant muffled voice, and a growl…
Lilka chest began to contract her stomach began to spin, Vampires? No how did they get in. Lilka began to run towards the stairs, maybe it wasn't too late, maybe they hadn't finished feeding. Lilka tripped, she fell forwards onto the stairs, with a groan she pulled herself up, she had hit something soft and wet. Lil held onto her mouth stifling her own mortified scream, her foster father Bill was lying dead on the floor, covered in his own blood, in his pyjamas, his mouth opened wide in horror, his complexion drained of any colour, gash marks along his neck. Lilka didn't want to move, Her joints were frozen, she thought of a million things at once, how upset Mary would be, what would become of Lilka, why were Vampires inside her house, was it Lilkas fault. A growl from above forced her into action, Lilka leaped up the stairs four at a time, with a groan of force Lilka kicked down her parents door, she ran into the room. Three Vampires were surrounding Mary, She was dead, her lifeless body slumped over her own pillow. On the other side of the bed, a small boy who looked to be about 12 was sitting quietly on the dresser, his face horrible contorted into the horrible frown that meant Vampirism. Lilka screamed, she screamed with rage and anger, that was how they got in, they used the boy, they asked to be invited in, probably with lies about the boy being missing of lost. Lilka charged at the Boy, she grabbed him by the beck and lifted him into the air, smashing his head through the nearby window. He clawed her feebly, But Lilka had the upper hand, Lila slammed his neck onto the broken glass still on the ledge, again and again until she felt the cerebral cortex separate. In a gust of dust, he was gone. She felt powerful arms grab her from behind. She was thrown onto her parents bed, she felt a teeth clench around her neck from above. Lila grabbed onto the creatures head twisting it painfully, he let go, Lilka leapt back into the air, kicking herself away from the bed, she landed gracefully on the floor. But already two Vampires were lunging from her, tacking her with so much force she was knocked through the plaster wall. She was flat on her back before she knew it, the Vampires were pinning her down. Lilka would die tonight, she knew it, she wasn't good enough, she wasn't strong enough. The Third was standing over Lilka, gazing down at her with hungry eyes, fresh blood was stained down his chin, he grinned licking his lips. Lilka struggled but all the fight had left her.
"So you must be the girl who was missing from your room… The Old man begged us to spare his girl, we were so upset when we found out you were already missing…"
The Vampire said with a sick grin, Lilka roared loudly, anger taking over all other emotions, she kicked her legs in wide arcs, clipping one of the Vampires behind the head, it was all she needed. She leaned forward grabbing hold of the two remaining Vamps and with a sickening crunch she brought there heads together with all her force. The third lashed out, sucker punching Lilka around the face several times, Lilka grabbed hold of the stair railings and kicked out, hitting him in the neck. Her stake was in her hand in a second. She moved forward grabbing hold of his face twisting his neck backwards she slipped her stake through his heart. She spun her body, smashing her foot in a roundhouse kick against one of the remaining Vampires; he went flying backwards, smashing through her closed bedroom. The other, the one who had spoke to her grabbed her by the neck, trying to squeeze the life out of her
"What are you!?"
He roared out. But Lilka had already staked him, he blew away into dust. Lilka ran into her bedroom, searching for the last remaining Vampire, he was gone, her window was open. Lilka's eyes began to burn with tears, she allowed herself to collapse onto her knees. She buried her head in her hands and wept.

She had been sitting on the train for what seemed like days. Lily was restless and couldn’t help feeling compelled to wander. I should be patrolling. I should be doing rounds, but I’m stuck here going to some backwater town in New York to find myself a Watcher. The very memory of Morgan stung her eyes. She had been over it time and time again, and though Morgan had reassured her that it was not her fault, she felt as though she had let the only person who she loved, the only family she had left, down. She was out in a graveyard exterminating a small gang of vampires that had moved into the above ground cemetery of Savannah. They had attacked a number of people since their arrival and she had finally, with the help of Morgan, located their lair. But when she returned from the fight she found Morgan missing. A week had passed before he returned to the house, and she instantly knew what had happened. They had kidnapped him, the other half of the gang, and embraced him. Morgan had been turned into a Vampire.
“I have a message for you, Darlin’. They wanted me to show you just how close they could get to you, just how badly they could hurt you. You know, I would have found it creative before, but not I can’t help but take some sort of depraved pleasure in it all. It’s the change, sugar, nothing more. Don’t go takin’ it personal, now.”
He was standing at the bottom of her stairs, his jacket was wet and he looked younger than she had ever remembered seeing him. The dark gift certainly appealed to him. She felt her stomach double over as she collapsed on the stairs, gripping the wooden banister to save her life. All she could hear herself say were the apologies that meant nothing now.
“Oh, do stop all that blubbering. Lily, you couldn’t have done anything. Just like you, though, to think it’s all your fault. I’m a grown man, Lily. I can take care of myself.” He paused and an eerie light flickered in his eyes. “Well I could. I let my guard down. I believed you had gotten them all. Silly me. But you can’t go wanderin’ the country side blamin’ yourself, blondie. They got me fair and square, and not without a fight. Hey! It’s part of the job description -- Danger and chance of being turned into a night stalking demon.”
She remembered the confusion. They had never discussed what to do in this situation. She should have staked him right then, but she couldn’t. She needed answers, and he was going to give them to her. “Morgan, who do I contact to get another Watcher?” It was gritting through her teeth.
“Tryin’ to get rid of me already? Well I do suppose it’s for the best. Can’t go havin’ the rattlesnake sleeping at the foot of your bed, now, can you? New York, Lily. They’re gathering a new watcher’s councel there. They’ll be able to help you. I’ll be… I shouldn’t even be telling’ you this. At least that’s what my stomach is telling’ me. I guess it’s for self preservation. But you know what you have to do, sugar. So let’s to work.”
He was always a ball of sarcasm, but somehow that night it stabbed home. She would never forget last night. Not as long as she lived. And so she drummed her fingers on the arm rest until she annoyed even herself. A quick glimpse at her watch let her know that it was about quarter to four in the morning, just about the time she would be wrapping up her patrol’s final lap. Unable to stand the restless feeling, she shoved herself from the seat, determined to attack a chicken salad sandwich in the dining car. She moved through her passenger car, one that was added on at the end of the train, through one of the luggage cars. It was dark, as expected, and cold. She had forgotten her coat back at her seat, and it was just as well. She moved through the stacked luggage, the boxes strapped down, and the crates carrying pets to God Forsaken Venus New York. As she approached the door on the other side of the car, the one leading to the dining car, she slowed her pace.
While she was standing on the platform waiting to board, she noticed at least 10 different dogs yapping and barking at their owners for being placed in those cages. And right then she didn’t hear a sound. Her hand gripped the door handle hesitantly as she heard, ‘PSST….” Like an amateur, she turned toward the sound, only to receive a heavy fist in the face. The punch threw her against the luggage and before she was able to get off of the pile of leather and canvas, there were a pair of hands around her neck. Instinctively her hands gripped the male vampire’s wrists, her own nails digging at his dead skin. He had pinned her on the floor, making her unable to use her heels to vanquish this brute. She tensed her neck muscles as she groped out above her head. She felt a handle and without taking the time to examine it, as her eyes were starting to flicker with black dots, she yanked the suitcase from above her to slam it against his head. It wasn’t quite as heavy as she would have liked, and in fact dazed him only slightly. What made him let go were the tangle of clothes that found themselves wrapped around his head.
In that moment of confusion, she shoved him off her, standing and snapping her attention around the room for something to use to her advantage. In all of the confusion, she could locate nothing pointy, nothing useable as a stake and that set her teeth to clinching as she settled for one of the heavy duty straps that had broke loose during her crash. As the vampire struggled to remove frilly pink lingerie from his face, she gave the buckle and the strap made out of heavy canvas three sharp tugs. It was wrapped around her hand twice as the vampire tackled her through the door into the dining car. Luckily the belt strap came loose with her as they tumbled along the walkway between the long counter and the empty booths.
As they tumbled on the floor, she used his momentum in the roll to toss him off of her and onto his face a little distance down the aisle. She turned and was on her feet, swinging the strap, the buckle used as the weighted end, at her side. As he rushed at her she loosened her grip on the strap, letting the buckle fly forward and slam into his forehead, sending him staggering. She pulled the strap and buckle back and in the same moment, spun, the strap flying above her head in a circle before she brought it around to her side and stretched out her arm in a slapping motion, sending the strap buckle crashing against the side of the vampire’s face. “You need to learn some manners, Darlin’! You never even checked my dance card!”
He turned and she spun once more, rotating the strap at shoulder height. As he made his move toward her, she swung the strap, the buckle passing his head before the strap caught his neck and sent that buckle flying to wrap around his neck. As he moved toward her, his hands grabbed at the tight strap she grabbed the slack of the strap, wrapping it around her hand twice before using his chest as a spring board for a back flip. One foot after the other planted themselves on his chest before she landed in a crouch a few feet farther back than where she had started, the strap sharply yanked to the floor. As she tugged, the belt and strap tightened, popping the vampire’s head off like a grape, sending dust exploding on the floor.
She stood up and gathered the strap in her hand before suddenly realizing she wasn’t alone. The waitress and the cook in the dining car were standing at the far end of the car behind the counter. Instantly she attempted to explain away what just happened. “I’m sorry, were you closed?” The cook and the waitress shook their head and the woman came around the counter with a broom and a pan, as if she had done this time and again. The cook looked at her and moved down the counter, “What can I get you, Slayer?” Lily blinked and stammered, a little surprised that these two weren’t passing out in fear, or asking questions. She was even more surprised that this cook had called her a slayer. “How did you….”
“Look, lady, You don’t work the graveyard shift on a train to the Hellmouth and not run yourself into a few demons and vampires. The way you handled that made it clear who you were. There’ve been a few on these runs, but I’ve only seen two handle a vampire personally. Very creative, by the way. Didn’t know they could be killed with a belt.”
Lily relaxed a little and smiled, nodding. “Whatever it takes. Hey, you wouldn’t happen to have any Chicken salad sandwiches, would you?”

Lilka sat and nodded to the police, she was now in a cramped tiny interrogation room, and she had watched enough TV to know what was going on.
"I went to a club, without my parent's permission… but I didn't kill them!"
Lilka said adamantly, trying unsuccessfully to blink away the fresh tears that were forming in her dark eyes. This had been going on for hours, Lilka knew she wouldn't be charged with her parents murders, murder by neck wounds happened way to much in Venus, Police thought it was a cult or a gang, and one little girl couldn't inflict all that damage.
"You didn't let your friends in the house? You're positive you're not in a gang, because we can find out…"
The good cop asked, Lilka sighed and let her head fall to the table in exhaustion
"No for the hundredth time, I don’t know who did this"
She lied; the officers stopped talking looking at each other, they drew closer together and began to speak softly.
"Your free to go, wait outside while we contact someone to come pick you up"
Lilka lifted herself off the table and out into the police station, it was daylight, now, early in the morning yet already there were prostitutes and petty thugs being led all over the place, Lilka knew they wouldn't find anyone to come pick her up, she didn’t have anyone. It would be straight back into social services, she was too old for this now, she said to herself. She was still considered a minor though, Lilka waited until she was sure nobody was looking and with all the grace that was gifted to her, she leapt out a nearby open window.
Lilka wandered through the streets of Venus, exhausted, alone and terrible depressed, her clothes were dirty and she needed to go home, but she didn't think she could ever face it again, not after what she witnessed, school was also a no go, there would already be rumours about her, about how she killed her parents, snuck out at night, probably having random sex.
"Lilka Lakota?"
Someone called out from behind, she turned around fearing the worst, but it was a little old man in a grey suite
"I've been searching for you, for two days, I'm a watcher with the Watchers council, - no not your watcher"
He said with a grin when he noticed Lilka expression of complete annoyance
"I'm sorry about your foster parents, but we just finished building a headquarters for Slayers in Venus, so far you’re the only one we've managed to track down, and there are yet to be any Watchers in the headquarters but that will all change soon enough we hope, I'm late for my plane, but good luck"
The Old man thrusted a piece of paper in Lilka's hand and began to waddle off in the opposite direction, Lilka looked at the paper, the address was downtown, it would only take her 10 minuets to get there, She sighed deeply, it wasn't like she had many options.
Downtown Venus was nothing special, the streets were wider and shops were everywhere, Everything seemed warmer and sunnier Downtown, but that was as far as it went, the shops were all had a distinct look, maybe they were houses from the olden days converted into shops. Lilka headed down a wide bright Alley, a large House was nestled within the Alley almost hidden from the shops that stood in front of it. Lilka headed towards the front door, it was unlocked. She pushed it open. The main entrance was a large room, to the right was a kitchen and a dinning room, and to the left was a lounge, tables and chairs and a huge library full of ancient dusty books. There was a huge staircases leading to what Lilka imagined were bedrooms. Lilka ran her hands through her thick dark hair as she gazed up at the roof, it was by far the most impressive part of the Headquarters, a huge skyline arched towards the sun in a pyramid shape, it dazzled the room brilliantly and made it seem homely and warm.
"Home sweet home…"
Lilka said bitterly to the empty headquarters,
"Don’t even have a bloody watcher…"
She mumbled as she headed upstairs
"Things would have been better if there was still only one slayer"
She continued to speak to herself gruffly.
((Hope I described the headquarters good enough! I'm terrible at descriptive writing…))

The Moonlight shone brilliantly against the sleeping girl's skin, she dreamt, thrashing in her sleep, knocking her pillow off her large double bed that sat atop a small loft that lead through the skylight and onto the headquarters flat roof. Lilka's dark hair was plastered all over her face with sweat. She dreamt of creatures, men in suits watched her surrounding her in a circle as demons lifted themselves out of the ground, gnashing their teeth and claws at her; they lunged towards her grabbing onto her leg hungrily. Lilka shot up in bed, pulled her leg free from the demons clutches, She stopped, panting heavily, her sheets had managed to wrap themselves around her leg, she sighed shakily, moving her hands through her hair, moving the dark tendrils of hair away from her face. She shook free from the wet sheets and pulled on a pair of sneakers, if she was going to the roof she didn't want to be barefoot, Lilka climbed up the stairs that were built into her wall, she opened the skylight and smiled as the crisp cold air hit her face. She wore a short nightshirt and her hair fell around her face, thick and heavy.
Lilka stared up at the full moon, no school tomorrow… no school forever if she wanted, who needed college anyway? It was usually an early death for most slayers anyway, she made the mental decision right then and there, staring up at the moon, she wouldn't finish her final year of high school, what did it matter anyway, her life was death and demons now anyway. Killing was her life… slaying.
Lilka saw something to the corner of her eye, a shadow a movement, she spun around, it was there, circling her, she spun around again, nothing, she could feel the presence, behind her, around her. Lilka was alone in the headquarters she had been for a while no, no news from watchers, slayers nothing, alone in the world, nobody even knew she existed. With the pure agility of a slayer Lilka spun her body around, lifting her feet over her head in a perfect back flip, she stopped suddenly a demon stood in front of her, shrouded in black and masked the only thing was exposed was the demons blue tinged skin and brilliant glowing yellow eyes, Lilka lunged out with a punch, he moved backwards with intense, speed again and again he managed to doge her blows, something Lilka wasn't used to. She Lifted her leg in a surprise Scissor Kick, the Demon simply vanished into the shadows of the building.
"Stop…"
A cold voice spoke through the darkness. The fight had moved further along the rooftop, Lilka could see the large domed skylight that was above the main entrance hall of the headquarters.
"I think not demon, what did you think you could just smother me in my sleep…"
Lilka said savagely, all she could see was the demon now; she imagined her hands around his neck, strangling the hideous life out of him. Lilka could almost sense the demons frustration she liked it. She felt a kick to her stomach but never saw the demon, she fell backwards, grabbing her stomach in pain, a smash to the face, once, twice… Lilka lifted her hand up; she blocked the blow and grabbed hold of the demons forearm pulling him out of the shadows, with the other hand she smashed out at his face angrily actually jumping of the ground. She put her hands on either side of his head and lashed out with a head butt sending him sprawling backwards. The Demon spoke cryptic words and a blue light flew towards Lilka, pushing the air out of her lungs and knocking her backwards, she flew through the air. She tried to centre herself as she flew, tried to spin around so she could land feet first
"OH crap…"
Was all she managed as she flew through the skylight, shattering it as she fell, She landed with a thud on the ground below, near the gym. Lilka groaned, she rolled over the ground, trying to find her breath, it quickly came back to her, she stared groggily at the skylight she had fallen over, she was instantly thankful that put shoes on, gazing up blurrily, she could see the demon looking over her from the ceiling, a shrouded Demon… not usually very physical but had major mojo when it came to dark magic. Lilka felt a surge of energy and hatred for the demon that had knocked her through her ceiling, she stood up, she noticed the gym was close by; she made her way towards the gym. With little effort at all Lilka picked up the 94 kg weight and through it throug the air towards the demon, it spun but the demon stepped backwards throug the shadows
"Dammit!"
Lilka called out angrily, Bits of glass were beginning to lift throug the air and repair themselves in the skylight
"It's enchanted?"
Lilka said quietly to herself, she passed the weapons cabinet and picked a large heavy axe. She made her way to the ceiling, but she chose on of the other bedrooms to make her entry, in case the Demon was expecting her. Lilka spun around once she was on the roof, the cold wind blew her air out behind her
"I did not come here to fight…"
The cold vocie spoke softly
"You will have to learn sooner or later that not all is black and white, the world is made of grays… I am indeed a Shrouded Demon, I work for Wolfram and Heart New York division"
The Demon stepped out of the shadows. Lilka didn't attack but she lifted her axe into her aother hand threateningly
"Take the card"
The Demon said and a small business card flew throug the air towards her
"Contact us, we're here to help and we could be of great use to you, especially with the coming dangers your soon to face, trust no-one"
The Demon said while the card blew towards her, she plucked it out of the air, it read 'wolfram and hart, attorneys at law', Lilka's forhead scrunched up in puzzlement
"Your kidding right?"
But the demon was gone.
MEANWHILE.
The Same Shrouded Demon watched the train station for a nearby building, he watched the girl step out of the train with much intrest, there was another slayer in Venus? This would interfear with Wolfram and Harts plans, why hadn't she been broguht to their attention sooner. His eyes narrowed as a small old man handed the girl a note, the address of the Slayer Headquarters. The Demon waited until all was quiet and the slayer was gone, the train left and the watcher was alone waiting for the next train before he swept down towards the watcher and killed him.
