Children screamed, dogs howled, men wept. There was a hollow feeling throughout the world, a feeling of irreplaceable loss, a feeling of damnation. Across the planet religious sites were spilling over with the desperate believers of humanity. That’s what happened on the first day.
Some said that Judgment Day was coming – but then Judgement day has been coming since the earliest religion. Some said Humanity had desecrated the gifts of the Creator and finally it had sickened and turned from us. Some say that Old Nick has conquered this earth.
I say that we outgrew deities. There wasn’t enough belief left to keep them alive. Of course no one knows for certain what has happened. We just have this certainty, this feeling inside ourselves that our Gods and our Devils have abandoned us.
It happened quickly - the destruction of our society. Without the fear of God in us morality and ethics soon collapsed, civilisation soon followed. I don’t know what it’s like outside of my country but Australia is run by several Warlords, each ruling a different area.
There are some who try and live without these Warlords; these small groups of people are slowly being annihilated. For those of us near cities or towns Warlords are everyday life. We don’t do, say or think anything that could bring them down on us.

It was among the Angel of Death's first days of living on earth, and he loathed it. After spending an eternity in heaven, everything else fell short of its splendor. All he remembered was that one day Heaven ceased to exist, which could only mean one of two things; He was banished, or God abandoned them. Seeing as Samael couldn't remember doing anything worthy of banishment he found that the latter was more likely. The mere thought of God abandoning him and the Earth sent shivers up his spine. Samael wasn't sure how many of his brothers made it to Earth and how many perished without the Divine's power, but he estimated about half.
It didn't take long for Samael then to become concerned with Hell, it couldn't possibly still exist seeing as it was God's power that kept it in existance, then that would mean that Demons were free as well. The only consolation this held was that Lucifer couldn't leave Hell, so he, like Hell, ceased to exist. While reflecting on all of this Samael sat in the corner of a rather run down bar, he was still in his Angelic garb. He refused to cast it aside, and unlike some of his weaker brothers, he kept his wings. With or with out God, Samael was still the Angel of Death, that would not change.
Remembering some of God's word to the humans, Samael knew what he must do. Even though God left him, Samael would not leave God, he was going to continue to live accordingly. It was then that Samael finally took notice of the place he was in, after looking around at the poor excuse for a bar, Samael stood and walked out. He was going to witness for himself what the humans did when God wasn't there watching over them.

(OOC: I'm sorry about the REALLY long wait.)
Johnathan stood on the road leading into that accused city. He had only been able to stay away for a few months before his greif brought him back. Sighing to the fire red sunset, John slowly turned to look upon the grave of his lost love and relive those times. When he had asked her to marry him she had called him foolish for thinking that any good could come out of such a union, but she had said yes none the less. When he had helped her in anyway he possible could, from just providing her company to helping her when she had been hurt, in her quest to find the others. When he had found her mutilated, charred corpse in the very spot he was looking upon now.
"If only you would have hidden from others what you were, Amitiel," he said to the grave in front of him, "but I guess the Angel of Truth just couldn't do that." He set down the flowers he brought and turned to go to the city. "I won't rest until I've found at least one of them, so that they can continue your quest for you, because God knows that I'm not going to be able to do it alone." He then walked into the city.

Belle a Fallen from Dana, had just left the place she lived for 2 years and just flew in from her forestry home...
Belle starts to fly around and looks down to see loads of people. She then lands in a cloud of dust, when the cloud settles, she looks around and feels very nervous in her new surrounds!. ~What is this new place?~ She then paces in her steps to get her grip. Her white wings with a tinch of black start to flicker. Belle puts up her hands up to make sure no one starts on her... in her nervous state she starts to shake nervously... and accdentily blows a nearby trash can... After screaming, she runs to a alley way and starts to shake... ~~Come on Belle get a grip, it was one strange silver, metalic thing, least no one got hurt....
After an hour or so... she walks out and tries to see people that looked nice... after walking down the path of this large place she was in, she came to a strange tree like thing... she walks in and sits herself down a squissy thing... ~~wow comfty~~
Belle just sits there and keeps looking around to see if anyone notices her....
