K..
I've started a new thread in Deepdwellers Gulch. Just to set the scene and get us started.
This story will suit anyone I hope! We have our vampires, demon hunters, witches, humans.. anything you want.
I THINK we have our Sherrif filled and Clover is already established in the jail. My main gal will be the Madame at the brothel though I have also thrown Caelyn in to spice things up. We need lots of other characters though, so come on and play with us!!!
If youre stuck for ideas or don't know how to join in, come see me, otherwise... who's in??

Man, I vaguely remember Deepdweller's Gulch (and how I constantly typed "Deepdweeler's" every time before correcting it), and my lovely miner lass who was this close (like, two fingers squeezing an imaginary pea close) to saving the life of and then getting turned by the local madame during a tunnel cave-in! Oh the erotic lesbian vampire fantasies I had for what would come after.  I kid, I kid, but that was fun. ^^ I maaaay be persuaded to join in. I'll poke through the thread first and see if something catches my fancy. |

Tacking on to my previous post now: going back and reading an old character bio and laughing at my smashup between The Sixth Sense and NCIS' Abby minus the slurpee addiction; finding old posts with said character, Pattilia, repurposed into a miner (not minor) from the Bayou with severe daddy issues, an independent streak, and maybe a gay crush on the saloon madame (I knew I had something related to that somewhere: "Why they couldn't just use their ample bosoms or firm thighs to squeeze it out of the men, Patty wasn't sure."); finding Tamassa's first recognition of Pattilia: "Tamassa had always had a soft spot for the girl, hoping one day to sire her and make her one of her own working girls" and glimpsing a hopeful moment of Aww yiss!  I started thinking today, if this is a new chapter of the Deepdweller's Gulch story, maybe Patti is... already sired at this point? But, being the progressive woman she is, she doesn't turn tricks for Tamassa, because honestly, Patti just doesn't have the figure or demeanor for it. Instead, I'm thinking she gets stuck being a sort of enforcer or bouncer for the saloon; the dark, broody type that hangs in the back corner watching everyone, only getting up to grab an unruly cowpoke and one-handed toss him out on his duff in the street without even a 'by your leave.' Not that the vampire ladies can't handle themselves, of course, but it's easier to conceal their vampiric nature in the public eye if someone else more convincing is doing the dirty work, yes? |

I started a sheriff in DG before, but didn't get too far in developing the character. I'm thinking I'll just blow the dust off and repurpose him for the new story. Barring objections?

Then you shall be onboard!!!!! Whatcha feel like playing? Vamp? Human? Anything you want really. Thinking we are going to pick up where we left off nine years ago as we were just starting with a large earthquake as something was released from underground. The story starts with everyone reacting to the earthquake and wandering out into the main street... a good place and time to introduce any new characters. We have most of the original players back and we only just started it all those years ago.. so seems like a good place to start?? |

I can also provide antagonists, though I think I have a habit of walking on the toes of other players (sorry, guys!). I'm happy to take a villainous role, if needed.
Of course Clover and Conrad can have history. Do you have a character profile I can reference? I'll get a bio for Conrad wrote up ASAP.

I don't think so. But if you check out her profile, you'll see the few post I wrote for her to get an idea of the character. My initial thought is that he acts like he 'tolerates' her but actually likes her. But up to you! Depends on the character.
