what comes to mind when i see the "Big Bad" isn't "The man" or anything, it is one thing.


The Illuminati. and i don't mean that CRAP they try to force off on people in the new Area 51. I mean the honest to goodness 1950s conspiracy theory Illuminati and The Eight, who were supposed to have run the world. For those who don't know, the symbol of the Illuminati was the pyramid with the eye in it.

And the Illuminati are everywher,e the Illumaniti is Big Brother, they have their hands in the Oil companys, top secret military research, alien cover ups, all of it.

If you have ever seen the Simpsons episode where Homer finds the internet and discovers the secret behind Cold immunizations, they send him to the island to keep that secret. That is kind of how the illumanti are, only, they don't send you to an island, they erase you. if you had family they kill them, they have serums that alter short term memory, erase all proof you ever existed. The Illuminati have their fingers in everything from the top to the very bottom.

hey all I have an idea on how they find out about the place they are in. Two mind readers are in there and they talk to each other through their heads, and then start talking to the other inmates in the hour of rec time they get. As for a character I would be up to help out. Just a thought about this.

As for you being THAT GUY Dawnola.. *smiles* I know I know we have a few plots on hold, or stagnating as you put it so eloquently, .. we definately seem to be in a slump at the moment, but everyone keeps telling me its what happens after Yule, with getting back to school and work and what not..

Anima is slowly picking up again, so The Enemy needs to work out whats next on the agenda, as does MR SENFETTI if he ever gets his ass into gear..

Theres still the school we want to get started up, we are just waiting on teachers and students to sign up or express interest. The Kendelah threads are still going on, slowly but surely.. while Camelot is also still pattering along.. we are actually up to the banquet now, so the tournament is starting shortly.

Tales of Bryutal is off to a good start, and the Queen Sand and Moon is still in action, though slow..

I myself apologise for my lack of posting at the moment.. I had some unexpected thingies pop up, but Im working on it.

And as for THE MAN.. I actually like Zimakos idea.. Perhaps since you know so much about it babe, you might like to volounteer for the position? And Dawnola, we realy do need some kind of main scientist/doctor dude or dudette, so if that type of role appeals to you, its yours by all means.

And Alteredone! Its soooooooooooooo fantastic to see a new arrival signing up for a new plot *BEAMS* ;D !!! I like your idea too, my character is going to have telepathy and telekinises *shoots her spell check* so as long as we have someone else with telepathy, we should be good to go. Just let us know what kind of character you would like to play and its yours.

I like the Illuminate idea it sounds very cool and VERY scary I'm constantly looking over my shoulder.... My Great Uncle was in the free Masons apparently. I still can't figure out what character I want, I might stick with the demon summoning chick.

I think we're going ok Dawn it's not that bad? Things are just moving slowly and nothing gets people interested again like an awesome new plot. Will this have it's own realm or will it be another random?

I don't keep up with recent stuff, unfortunately, but whenever I go to Cons, I buy trade paperbacks of series that pique my interest. I'm still budding into the whole genre, though.

I recently discovered Border's has trade's....Being the whole 'armored super hero' geek that I am, I got both Essential Iron Man Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. It's given me a lot of idea for Night Warrior, heh.

And, Mori, my monkey does not play chess unless it's with beautiful women! However, THE MONKEY can make exceptions when contained in an asylum. There's a difference, sweetheart. ;p

Anyway, i don't know THAT much about the Illuminati. Though when i get home i could probably look into it some more. I might do that, look into the Illuminati idea.

Another game that alludes to the Illuminati and the Magnificient Eight i believe, anyway, the game is Destroy All Humans. yes, you play as an Alien in the 1950s, but it accurately portrays the conspiracy theory back then.

In answer to your question BB: yes this will be played out in Randomville when it first starts.. IF it takes off and warrants its own realm, then Yes it will have its own realm, which will probably be necessary for back stories, character bio, and seperate threads for the inmates/patients and doctors/guards and things.. *ponders the possibilities*
