As Tekk flew toward the stone birds, one noticed him. The bird started on a path to charge Tekk. Flapping his wings so that he would be able to hover, Tekk once again nocked his imaginary bow with two similar arrows. With the bird flying toward him, Tekk released the arrows causing chunks of stone to fly off of the birds wings. Tekk repeated this attack until he completely separated the bird from its wings. Now that the bird was no longer able to support itself it would fall to the ground and hopefully crush a few trogs.
Before he was able to locate his next target, one of the remaining birds hit him from behind. Anger began rising in Tekk, nothing hits him. With a burst of speed Tekk began to chase the bird, nothing else that was taking place mattered at the moment. When he finally caught up to the bird he placed his hands on either side of its head. Smoke began billowing out from between the bird and his hands, then the bird began vibrating. The vibrations started out weak and gradually strengthened until the bird exploded.
Bits of stone were thrown violently from where the bird was. Stones pelted Tekk and rained down on the Trogs and anything else below. Now that his anger was quelled, Tekk felt the presence of a Dragon.

Firith sighed with exasperation. There was always room for reason with any intelligent creature.
"Sorry Heavenspawn, but there's no way in heaven or hell you're going to get me into a tunnel, and since the suicidals are fighting the birds I'm going to get rid of those pesky Trogs,"
Domar seemed a little too cheeky, but those with some power think they are the only ones who are intelligent, and pointless argument lead to frustration, a poison of the soul. He watched the arrows and javelins speed toward him, and noticed slightly that they might hit him in the head. With a nonchalant flick of his wrist a massive chain whipped in front of him, and, with a few more deft movements, began to spin. His spinning sheild of metal chopped the projectiles into tiny wood chips. Deciding there was nothing better to do, and that some of his compatriots would need aid, he joined the fray. He flexed his muscular legs, and launched into the air. He then began an intricate undulation of his legs, extending his flight. Leaning his body he caught the wind and zipped around to one of the birds. Whipping his chains around him in a maelstrom of metal he decapitated the gargoyle thing and sent it crashing to the ground. Then he soared toward another foe.

Samael quickly lanced at the winged mongrel with his axe letting the chain slide along his hand. The bird swooped around and knocked him. Grabbing his axe from the creature now plumitting with him back toward the balcony Samael struck hard against the foe's head with the flat side, crumbling the stone in chunks each time he landed a blow. The beast drew back and let up, forcing Samael into a spiral sent at the balcony. Colliding with it almost completely elastically Samael shot forth and continued down until he caught him self on the now crumbling hand rail by clasping his chain to it. "Bugger of a fiend." Samael snorted and tried to take flight again. Blood could be seen coming out of his side but he tried to play it off as a scratch. Noticeably wincing he opened up a hellgate and summoned forth a larger axe. The flame on his hand axe diminished as the pole came forth from the cypher of the underworld. He gripped it and smiled. The huge battle axe had about 2-foot blades coming forth of either side of the 5-foot pole. He spun it around and continued again toward the bird to finish his assault.

((OOC: Sky World will not die. I'm back, though I doubt I'll ever be as active as I once was. I'll do my best not to disappoint.))
Gixverthicha was tearing through the Trogs like paper. So packed was the battle field that the Trogs had nowhere to run but over each other or into the living terror chasing after them. Domar noticed that it wasn't just his summon that was demoralizing the Trogs. As the birds were being torn to pieces by Tekk, Firith, and Samael the Trogs became more and more afraid, since their 'invincible stone guardians' were being laid waste to. They all did their best to escape but with the unending onslaught of the group maybe only a hundred or so made it out alive. As the Trogs left and the others finished with the birds Domar went over to the Fang Dragon. "Thanks for your help Gixverthicha. Give your father my greetings," Domar said. Just before fading out of this plane and back to his home plan Gixverthicha said, 'Interesting place you've found yourself in. My father may enjoy the story I tell him of this new adventure of yours." Domar just stood there thinking about the final words of the ghostly blue image. “Please make your way to the central tower to manually override the safety protocol.” *So much work to find a weapon,* he thought to himself.

Aleera grinned, let the fun begin, moving forward to cover the groups back she watched as Domar's summoned dragon annilated the trogdilate (sp?) number within a few mintues. Flicking her attention from the front to back, she was watching carefully for any surprise attacks the enemy might try and make.
Her clawed feet grappled with the unlevel flooring of bodies, as she moved forward. Why does this feel too easy, even with their birdy friends they have the larger numbers.... is something else coming, something worse than what we can deal with? Shaking the thought from her mind, she scanned the room again, "Which way are we going and can we decide soon before they come back with larger numbers?"
OOC: finally got another post up, hopefully this'll help you guys get this moving again.
